Over the years the increased activities and diversified interests demanded the formation of another individual company under the name of Unitrans marine Services specializing in the particular field of Ship management and international transportation.

As of 1st May 2002 Technopal ltd and Unitrans marine Services have merged to form a new company under the name of Technopal-Unitrans Ltd. The nature of business activities previously handled by each company individually remain unchanged, trusting that under the new structural changes now introduced and the streamlining of our company ,our services will become more efficient and our customers will better served.
